Concentration on REAL WORLD skills and a transformational experience regarding use of money to serve their life now and plan future use of money for a continued wealth filled life. *Live FIN-LAB meetings held with student FIN LAB instructors on campus | (Same for both Individual & Family Editions) LEVEL 2: FIN LAB program to help the individual and family become grounded in an understanding of financial literacy skills PLUS access to programs that enhance their conceptual understanding of money and wealth. Includes exercises that help the participant recognize the wealth already in their life and build on it. | LEVEL 2: FIN LAB SKILLS for the the individual inside an organization or company who wants to know where they stand. Written to DOL Financial Literacy guideline standards but adds much more. Helps corporate officers and pension plan providers with the outside independent financial training program they need. All instructors are independent of potential conflict -- i.e. coming in to sell future financial products or services they provide. The FIN LAB program helps employees become financially empowered. It also motivates employees to get involved in their own retirement decisionmaking.. This reduces potential personal liability claims for corporate boards and company officers (i.e. CEO and plan committee members) who might assume fiduciary responsibility if employees are not in an independently making retirement plan decisions. This training enhances loyalty to the company and reduces the stress -- the greatest cause of rising medical insurance costs and employee absenteeism |
LEVEL 3A: Includes all above PLUS Access to a Certified Financial Coach with whom students will interact on a one-on-one basis (or in partnership with their parents, if they so chose such an agreement) Students will also recieve a gift certificate towards the individual or family edition lab series upon graduation LEVEL 3B: Includes all above PLUS inclusion in the FIN LAB program INSTRUCTOR program which allows student to learn the skills associated with becoming a FIN-LAB instructor (they may or may not want to use the skills as an instructor but will have this advanced level of skills training). | (Same for both Individual & Family Editions) LEVEL 3A: Includes all above PLUS Access to a Certified Financial Coach This level includes coaching packages chosen by the individual with specific, measureable actions and goals to help you become even more comfortable with your financial and life situations--A partnership in discovering your wealth!
