The program provides instructors with base coaching skills (they do not become certified coaches but are trained with beginning coach skills and presentation skills so they can work with people from a place of non judgement) The FinLAB instructor is provided with coursework and propietary tools which help people see money differently. The goal is to help people transform their relationship with money and wealth as individuals build on the base financial knowledge they may or may not know. FinLAB instructors also have a list of Certified Financial Coaches they can work with to help clients go to the next level.

The FinLAB program is presented both LIVE and (for greater reach and ability to duplicate the FIN LAB Instructor's efforts) an ON LINE version is also available.
Becoming a FinLAB Instructor is included in the training for Certified Financial Coach(tm), for the Cash Flow Stability Specialist (tm) and as part of a special program for College Peer Instructors, Teachers and HR departments
